Brittany DeBeikes brings a unique blend of real estate experience in development, construction, design, and investments to The Altman Brothers team.

Born and raised in Orange County, Brittany has a special understanding of Southern California’s neighborhoods, communities, architecture, lifestyle, and local history. Her lifelong familiarity with the region allows her to guide clients with insight that goes beyond market data, offering a thoughtful perspective on location, value, design potential, and long-term opportunity.

Brittany has worked in residential and commercial real estate for over 20 years and first joined Douglas Elliman in 2019. A graduate of the University of Southern California with a degree in Urban Planning, she has been actively involved in over $150 million in transactions. She has also served as project manager and contributed to the design direction of more than $40 million in residential construction projects.

Brittany provides clients with a high-touch, trusted advisory approach tailored to their individual goals. From assisting high-net-worth clients with complex and diverse real estate portfolios to guiding first-time homebuyers with care and clarity, she is committed to delivering exceptional service, sound guidance, and long-term value at every stage of the process. Outside of real estate, she enjoys spending time with her three young children and coaching their soccer teams.
