Before launching her real estate career, Liping built a strong foundation in financial planning and insurance, followed by a pivotal role in the Irvine Company’s Retail Property Division. There, she gained firsthand knowledge of Southern California’s dynamic commercial landscape, which continues to serve her clients well today.
Liping represents both buyers and sellers in residential real estate, with a deep focus on Orange County communities including Newport Coast, Newport Beach, Corona Del Mar, Laguna Beach, Laguna Niguel, Coto De Caza, and Irvine. She also works closely with investors acquiring commercial assets—ranging from office buildings and warehouses to vacant land and multifamily residences.
